Max Arsenault - President

Following the retirement of his father, Bill, Max has stepped into his dad’s shoes running all operations of the company. A fourth-generation plumber with 25 years of experience, Max is excited to continue the family legacy.

Rich Maguire - Project Manager

Rich has been with Arsenault Plumbing & Heating for over 5 decades, making him the backbone of the company. Rich will be overseeing all Arsenault’s large and small construction projects. His expertise in plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems plays a substantial part in the company’s success and longevity.

Roy Arsenault - Apprentice Plumber & HVAC Technician

Billy’s son and Max’s brother, Roy is also continuing the family tradition. Roy has many years of experience in the field from Maine to Chicago and plays a big role in all aspects of the company. From plumbing and HVAC jobs to the service department, Roy is instrumental to the success of Arsenault Plumbing & Heating.

Allex Verge - Master Plumber

Allex has been with Arsenault Plumbing & Heating for 5 years. With his steady advancement in the field, Allex will be handed a lot more responsibility. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail make him a valuable member of our staff.

Med MacKusick - Apprentice Plumber

Med has been a part of the crew for almost 10 years and has been an integral part of our service department. His ability to assess and make important decisions is a major asset to the business.

Shane Lavoie - Journeyman Plumber

Shane has been part of the team since 2022. Shane plays a big role in our service department and has gained a lot of on-the-job experience in new construction.

Jimmy McDonald - Apprentice Plumber and HVAC Technician

Arsenault’s newest team member, Jimmy was hired with a refrigerant universal license. In his short time with us, Jimmy has shown much development on the plumbing side of things, making him a resourceful member of the squad.

Gail Christopher - Office Administrator

Gail is head of all Arsenault’s office administration. She has been with us for five years. While she is busy handling all the bookkeeping behind the scenes, you may know her as the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when you call the office.
